Nurturing Renewal & Transformative Growth

A bit about myself…

Welcome. My name is Jonathan and I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, currently offering virtual sessions. I provide care that is trauma-informed and that involves collaboration with you, emphasizing your empowerment.

I am a queer man who is interested in working with a diverse range of people, focusing on various iterations of being in relation with oneself and others, while incorporating an inclusive recognition of partnership/being solo. I weave in a wholistic concept of Self when considering attachment styles as well as the effects of stress and psycho-emotional health.

Tips in Finding the Right Therapist + What Therapy is Like

Life is a continual process of change, there are times we feel stuck and sometimes we have trouble knowing what we are becoming. Embracing this process can allow us to be in flow. While it can be challenging to step into our potential, therapy can help.

I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and transform themselves, thereby creating meaningful change. It is my role to assist in facilitating you to achieve your goals.
